Cooling Breathing Practice (Kaki Pranayam) (Video)

It's the summertime, which is pitta season and all about the fire element. A few weeks ago, I shared a cooling breathing practice (kaki pranayam), and this is another one to add to your tool belt if you've been feeling overheated in your body and mind. This could show up, for example, as having an excessive need to control, brain fog, hypervigilance, agitation, anger, or physically just feeling way too hot.
